我和申请人吕辉的认识是在2005年的9月份。由于我本人对英语很喜欢，加之后来经过我的外甥孙浩的介绍（我的外甥孙浩在他的中心学习中学英语课程），我们很快便认识了；在后来的交往中，他指导我学习英语，我在他的事业上经常给予他帮助，他遇到创业上的难题，习惯拿出来和我一起研究，长此以往，我们便成为今天非常好的朋友。
对我来说，他是一位有“野心”和实际行动的人。他在2006年8月份拜访我时，告诉我说他最终的事业目标是经营一家教育公司，并因此惠及到广大的中国贫困农村地区（这和他来自农村地区很有关系），致力于缩小中国城乡教育机会的不均衡。对于这样的事业规划，当时我还是很怀疑的，因为当时他的中心规模还不大，有些地方还不规范。可后来我发现，他并不只是在想，他也在做。为了中心的稳定发展，我所看到的是：从2006年到现在，他创新了中心的课程体系，大胆地尝试了有别于中国传统的新教学思路并取得很好的效果，变革了中心用人标准，制定了持续有效的人才培养机制，同时与其他院校和机构进行双赢或多赢合作...... 他所做的这一切，让他的中心由不被大家知晓成为宣城市很有影响力的一家教育机构；同时更让我相信，他是一个有明确人生目标，有切实行动的人。
为了稳定快速发展，2007年，他们决定全部雇佣专职员工。可由于种种原因，他们不得不招用大学刚毕业的学生，新的问题也随之出现：新毕业的大学生缺少实际的工作经验，很不自信。可他通过在多种场合给予他们真诚激励和鼓劲，
帮助他们树立生活目标，通过创造机会给新员工展示成绩和进步，通过连续的内部人才培养等活动，他的员工很快自信起来，工作能力提升也很快。通过他的努力，中心员工有了共同的奋斗目标，大家工作士气很高。因此，在领导力方面，他做得很出色。
他也是自我反省能力很强的人。从创业到今天，在四年残酷的市场竞争中，尽管走了不少弯路，但他得到了许多磨练和成长。2006年暑假至2008年暑假，他在我们宁国市设立了分校，可这期间这里的教育培训市场还比较混乱，教育主管部门管理不到位，导致他们的优势得不到发挥。不得已，今年暑假后，他果断地暂停了宁国市的业务，把全部精力放到了宣城市教学部，此举虽然让他暂时放弃了这里的市场，但有效推动了他们整体的效益。在最近的一次交谈中，他说，对他而言，宁国分校设立的失败，让他深刻地知道了凡事要了解全面、果断出击、而后全力以赴的重要性。的确，如今的他做起事来，考虑很周到全面、决定也变得更加果断起来。
此外，他很诚信、有毅力；他还酷爱中国武术，学了不少中国功夫，我也跟他学习了一点。
不管怎样，对我和许多熟悉他的人而言，吕辉具备了一位优秀企业家的潜力。故此，我热切希望贵校能录取他就读贵商学院，因为在他事业的发展途中非常需要贵校的资源和平台。如果您决定录取他，相信你录取的不仅仅是位学生，而是未来的企业家！

Dear Sir / Madam,
As a bosom friend of Mr. Lu Hui, I am very honored to recommend him to attend your MBA program!
I knew Lu Hui in September 2005 because of my keen love towards English, and, thankfully, the introduction of my nephew Sun Hao (who had English course for secondary school at his center); later, he taught me to learn English, while I gave him help in his career. When he had difficulties with his business, he often worked over them together with me. In this way, we become good friends.
In my eyes, he is an “ambitious” person with practical actions. When he paid a visit to me in August 2006, he told me his ultimate goal was to run an education company to benefit the majority of China’s poor rural areas (which is closely related to the fact that he is from the rural area) and to narrow the imbalance of China’s urban and rural educational opportunities. I doubted his plan very much at that time, because his center was not big enough and not standard in some way. However, I gradually found that he didn’t just think about it but was working on it. For the steady development of the center, from 2006 till now, he innovated the curriculum system of the center, boldly tried new teaching ideas different from traditional Chinese teaching ideas and gained good effect; he reformed the employment standard of the center, developed the sustained effective mechanism for training talents, and carried out the win-win or multi-win cooperation with other institutions and organizations…What he has done makes his center from a less well-known center to a very influential educational institution in Xuancheng City; furthermore, it makes me believe that he is a man who has a clear life goal and practical actions.
For the sake of sound and rapid development, he decided to employ full-time staff in 2007. However, he had to recruit college graduates for a variety of reasons. New problems also emerged in the meanwhile: new college graduates lacked working experience and were rather unconfident. Then he gave them encouragement and inspiration on many occasions to help them establish a life goal. By creating new opportunities for new employees to display their achievements and progress, and through continuous internal talent cultivation and other activities, he successfully made his staff confident quickly with remarkable working capability. Through his efforts, the staff of the center are striving for a common goal with very high morale. Therefore, he is doing well in leadership.
He has strong ability in self-examination. For four years, he took a lot of detours in the fierce competition of market, but he got well trained and improved. From the summer of 2006 to that of 2008, he set up a branch school in Ningguo City, when the education and training market was a bit confusing, and the local educational authority was not in place. Faced with no choice, he decisively suspended the business in Ningguo City after the summer vacation this year to concentrate on the education division in Xuancheng City. Although he gave up the business in Ningguo City, he effectively promoted the overall effectiveness. In a latest conversation, he said that, for him, the failure of Ningguo branch tells him the importance of sparing no effort to decisively do everything after full understanding. Indeed, he is able to get things done decisively through thoughtful consideration.
In addition, he is honest and persevering; he loves Chinese martial arts and has learnt a lot of Chinese kung fu. I learned a little bit from him.
In any case, to me and those familiar with him, Mr. Lu Hui has the potential of a good entrepreneur. Therefore, I sincerely hope your school will admit him to attend your business school, for he needs badly the resources and platform of your school on his way to a successful career.
