Article 3 Party B’s work3.1 Party B must be available to attend the on-site handover of practice instruction organized by Party A, prepare construction plan and schedule, and start construction on schedule according to Party A’s requirements. Party B shall be liable for the safety incidents during construction.Article 4 Agreement on Construction Period4.1 If the construction period is impacted by either party, the responsible party shall be take responsibility.4.2 If the project cannot be started on schedule or is shut down for no reason because of Party B’s responsibility, the impacted construction period cannot be extended accordingly.4.3 If the construction period is impacted due to Party A’s overdue payment or overdue handover of construction site, the impacted construction period can be extended accordingly.4.4 If the project is shut down due to design change, or power failure, water failure or force majeure factors not caused by Party B, the impacted construction period cannot be extended accordingly.
